Every time I've gone here the staff were very friendly and helpful with little to no wait.

Poor customer service, long wait lines inside, and .01% interest savings accounts. What's not to love. Every time I went in there one of the tellers would ask me if I want a credit card to which I would constantly reply no. They must be required by the brass to push those cards so Wells Fargo can stay open. I inquired about a loan and a blonde woman who I dealt with was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Her excellent idea was to throw a credit card at me and would not even listen to my needs. I closed the account there very shortly after.

Theres a reason why Wells Fargo Inc recently got fined a some hundred million. When I was a customer in 2013, this was the worst branch out of the 3 I've been to. Deceitful, penny pinching, and terrible customer service. Just don't bank with Wells. And if you need to, I'd suggest going to the Onalaska branch. If you haven't noticed already, this branch has extremely high employee turnover. There's probably a good underlying reason.

I had a computer outfit from China try to get me to send them $2,300. They said it was a portion of a larger amount of money they had sent to me. Turns out (after I discussed this with banker, Bill Raven), that it was a scam. I had tried to send the money, but Wells Fargo was suspicious and wouldn't send it. When I talked with Bill he explained what kind of scam it was. The money that had appeared in my checking account had in fact been transferred from another of my OWN accounts. Bill was extremely helpful. Thank you, Wells Fargo. Thank you, Bill.
