The food was not good. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich and got big slices of tomato on it. The bottom slices of bread were so soggy I couldn't eat them. They had only white bread. Who has only white bread? There were several very loud people at the bar who appeared to be friends with some of the staff. The only saving grace was that the waiter was very attentive and friendly. Avoid it.

Even though we had an open table reservation, the host said he couldn't find it. He refused to seat us and told us that all of the tables were reserved. Then he proceeded to seat a group of 4 that came in after us who didn't have a reservation at all. When I questioned him about it, he rudely said he couldn't seat a group of 2 at a table for 6, but that we could go "sit with them". He should have at least sat us first and let them sit with us. Didn't sit down to eat now and will not be going back.

I hate to say it, but the reviews are true! It took 39min from ordering to getting food. Our waitress was nice and did the best she could. There is one dude cooking... Why? It was Sunday morning, a good time for breakfast (since nothing else local is open) you'd think mgt would be prepared to serve customers. 3 out of 4 orders were incorrect, but we ate anyway because it could take another 30 or more to fix. The coffee was good, but that's it. Will not return, Dunkin would be an acceptable alternative.

Being in the travel industry, we wine & dine in many places all over the world. I must say that the service here for breakfast & dinner were both horrendous. Zero you're welcome's after thank you's, no eye contact, feeling guilty or as if you're asking for the blood of Christ for a simple request & slower than molasses floor & bar service. Please be kind to the people who frequent your establishment! It's our home away from home & treating your guests horribly doesn't help your business. I was in restaurant/bar management for many years before doing what I do now & it is common sense that one single person's dining expenses MORE than compensate for the rate of a hotel room. That's not going to help your hotel if you've lost five customer's tonight, who will still stay at your hotel for work, yet dine elsewhere in the future spending their money. We still tipped over 20% in hopes that this whole experience was a fluke, because we do love this hotel & hope things change for the better. Please guide your staff.

The slowest service. 1 hr for food Food was okay. But nothing special for the price. you wait an hour for food. No explanation or apology but the server was very aware of how slow it was but didn't amends! Also forgot some of our order. Waste of time
