Always Professional in Moving went above and beyond to pack and move my 3 bedroom house. Ray and his crew of 12 came to my house prepared, starting from my garage packing and then everyone was spread out in the house as Ray and his 2 Crew leaders guided everyone on what to do. They had great communication with each other I was impressed. Few hours later everything was boxed up and even labeled for me. The next day, everything was packed onto their truck, I don't know how they got everything to fit but they sure did. What made me less stressed was their crew leaders kept me inform, making sure I was okay with everything and told me "Were on your time" which was different to hear from movers. I'm glad I decided to go with them, you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to movers. Thanks Bernadette, Ray and Crew for all your hard work.

I called this company because they were the first one that came up in Google maps. They seemed professional and helpful and followed up on the date. The reason for using movers was because I had to take a an out-of-town trip during the day that the truck was going to arrive and I wanted to make sure that my wife and children were taken care of in terms of the move. I gave them my credit card information when I reserved the move. We estimated they would use three hours so they charged in advance on my credit card for one hour of travel and three hours of help at $95/hr. The moving company came and unloaded the truck as promised. The move took approximately five hours and upon completion they asked my wife for cash to compensate for the additional two hours of labor. She offered credit card or check because she did not have cash. They insisted that cash was the only type of payment they could take and offered to follow her to the bank. She had small children in the home and this made her very uncomfortable. She called me out of town and I contacted the owner to try to attempt payment from another method but he absolutely refused to accept credit card saying that he was unable to run a credit card on the weekend. He refused to bill me later or run the credit card first thing Monday morning. He also refused a cashiers check or a personal check stating that their policy was CASH ONLY ON THE WEEKEND - NO EXCEPTIONS. I explained to him that my wife felt uncomfortable having the workers follow her to the bank and that she did not want to leave the kids unattended. The owner absolutely insisted that we pay him right then in cash and furthermore told us that the longer the delay, the more we would have to pay because the work team would need to be compensated for the extra time they spent waiting to be paid. It was clear that the workers were not going to leave until they had cash money in hand! The owner stated that it is his policy to only accept cash on the weekends and that this has been his practice for the 13 years he has been in business and that they are always clear with the customers that this is the case. But this was not clear to me or my wife and If I had known this policy at the time of booking I would have booked with a different company. Ultimately we were able to get someone we trusted to stay with my children while my wife drove to the bank, got cash, and paid the workers. In the end, the workers did a fine job and the price was fair but what is most important to me and what disappoints me the most about this company was that they did not take care of my family and put my wife in a difficult situation. They may have told her at some point that only cash dollar bills could be used to pay remaining balances on a Saturday but this was not understood by her at the time probably because it is so unusual for a legitimate company to demand cash only for payment during weekends or at any other time. I'm not sure if they were worried about not getting paid by us or high credit card fees or if the company truly has no ability to accept a credit card on the weekend (which seems crazy because of how easy credit card processors are to use). I even offered to the owner to pay a little extra as a convenience fee which he declined. My suggestion to this company: GET A CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR YOU CAN USE ON THE WEEKEND.

The three men that came to help me today were on time, very respectful, and helpful! I am very pleased with their service. This is the second time that I used Always Professional In Moving, Inc. Thank you Ramon, Michael, and James for your hard work in moving our washer and dryer and helping us to install them properly!

These guys are amazing and will make your move very easy and painless. I had a Wed load & Thurs unload. Dan my crew leader was very professional and all of the guys went above and beyond to help me maximize the load. Things I had trouble with they got sorted out no problem! The unload took less than an hour and the guys were literally sprinting it was incredible. Thanks so much to everyone for such a great experience I'll be letting all of my friends know who to call when they move!
