This by far is one of the best moving companies I've used. They were on time, actually showed up with the 3 movers I requested. They were very professional, highly efficient, friendly, courtesy, and handled all of my possessions with care. Their rates were better than some other places I had called. This was my first time using them and I was extremely impressed with Sam's crew. I highly recommend this company!

Seriously the best moving experience of my life. I was extremely concerned about not being able to put all my belongings in my storage unit. These 3 used ever square inch of my storage space to ensure everything made it. They properly wrapped my furiture to ensure there was no damage. And through the whole process, these gentlemen gave me words of encouragement. I will never use another moving company.

I had a one bedroom apartment, I've been moved before and it has take them tops 3 hours, when i used Bargain movers i requested 3 men since i do have some heavier furniture. When the guys arrived, they did not have any blankets, or supplies. once they packed my house up i was moving 4 miles down the street, it took them one hour, to drive from my old house to my new house. they 'stopped for drink'. when the guy arrived at my new place only 2 guys ever came in my apartment the 3rd guy never stepped foot into my apartment. so why did i pay for 3 guys? it took them a total of SIX hours to move my ONE bedroom apartment. over $650. I would never recommend them

Do not call this place. My grandmother who is 70 had called and scheduled movers to be on site between 9am and 11am. They had neglected to put it in their computer so her and I had waited outside for them since 9:30. We finally called at 11 and they told us they would be here in one hour. Its now 1pm and they finally admitted they didn't even have a truck on the way. At the first sign of confrontation they hung up on my grandma. When I called them back they said they "don't know why she would wait in the sun." This place lies out their teeth so they dont have to admit fault and keep you waiting for hours and hours without telling you no one is going to even come. "We had 12 trucks this morning but no one is free to come to you now" - after they were 2 hours late. She had already paid a few other hands to help is all load so that money was charity. They gave up on us and stopped trying to help us because they took our money without reserving a trick and crew. We ended up calling someone else who was here within 45 minutes. This place is a joke. Take your business somewhere else.

They showed up at 6PM for my 1-5PM window. I asked them to move 1 refrigerator from my place to my friends place. They scraped and chipped my front door when removing it from my condo. Then, they dropped my refrigerator on the front doors scraping and denting the refrigerator. They agreed to paint my front door (but failed to respond to calls and emails after the fact). They DENIED dropping my refrigerator and claimed my pictures I sent didn't prove that the damage was as a result of the move. The driver/mover LIED and told "Bargain" movers he did not drop the refrigerator. They believed him despite the fact that I had a the original receipt from Spencer's delivering the refrigerator to my condo. It had never been moved from my condo (and thus could not have rock scratches and dents) until this jackass dropped it during the move. NEVER USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you do, READ ALL of the fine print, which should also be a reason not to use this company. Don't let the driver get away if you are not satisfied even if you wasted 6 hours of your time, are late for your dinner with friends and you just want the guy to leave. If you try to address your issue after the driver/mover leaves, YOU ARE SCREWED, just like me.
