Pump man did an awesome job fixing my pump station. From taking care of getting the tank pumped out to getting my pump replaced they were awesome. All done very quickly and had us up and running right away. From the first call all the way through the final stages they were great. Couldn’t be happier with their services. Will definitely use them if needed again.
The best customer service of any company I’ve dealt with. They are quick, informative, upfront and are professional. They are the best.
I work for a Union plumbing contractor in Philadelphia. We had a sewage pit clogging up and overflowing on a job at the University of Pennsylvania and we’re not equipped to handle that problem. The guys at Pump Man were out right away and cleaned up the issue and pointed out the solution to the problem to avoid it happening again. They were very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend them and will continue to do business with them.
