Just had someone from AM come by for a quote, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a salesperson. I have had door salesmen pry less for a sale. Near the very beginning we made it clear that we would not be making a decision on the spot, and we were told that was ok. But by the end, while going over the quoted price, we were asked constantly if we would be going with them. We explained multiple different ways how we would have to think about it. It got to the point I had to ask him to leave, multiple times. After he left my partner expressed how uncomfortable she felt during the interaction, and how he would not take our answer and go. We will not be recommending this company to ANYONE and will not use ANY of their services.

The staff at Am roofing are beyond friendly , dedicated to the quality of work they put in to any project they do and complete and have your best interest in mind . Had complete trust in them while they were working on my roof. Could not be happier with the end result.

The name of the company says it all. When you decide to make such a big investment you want the best quality work for the best price & though AM wasn't the cheapest, I know I made the right choice. We got top quality workmanship. The crew was on time, they were courteous, and they cleaned up at the end of each work day, leaving my home just like they found it. 
We got proposals from about 6 different roofing companies & after you talk with that many people you know a little something. Troy Spencer came out & knew just what we were looking for, he saw the mistakes that was made before and told me how they would correct them. He made us feel comfortable with him, the company & his roofing knowledge. 
If you choose AM ROOFING.  
 You'll be making the right choice & you won't feel bamboozeled!

Would recommend this company to Friends and Family, Staff was knowledgeable when talking about their products, answered any questions I had or concerns. 100% cares about their customers.

Booked appointment for estimate. Guy  showed up an hour late which was annoying but ok, spent 90 minutes collecting information and doing presentation which wasn't necessary. I knew my roof needed done I just needed to know they could and would do it and what it would cost. Guy said he couldn't give me a complete estimate at that time because of the design of my house and the insulation needing to be replaced. Now I own a wartime house not exactly unique in Collingwood. He said he would call on Monday with price. I called him on Wednesday because of course he didn't call me he stated he didn't have the estimate and required more time. He sounded annoyed that I was calling but we had had a lot of rain and now my roof was leaking and it was 2 days pass his timeline. Again I called on Saturday really wanted the estimate so I could put a deposit down and get the work done. But again he sounded more annoyed and started telling me that he needed a estimate from a third party. This conversation sounded like a load of bs he kept talking about how my roof was challenging because of its design. So I guess anyone who owns a wartimer should save their time avoid a time sucking 90 minute presentation because AM roofing is not capable of doing the work and they will just lead you on saying they need more time. For the record I am getting my roof done with Hy-Grade, excited for my new steel roof!
