I am a picky consumer. RD Baker at Ambassador Colorado Real Estate, so exceeded my picky-consumer expectations that I recommend him to everyone. The entire transaction from putting the sign on the lawn to moving into my new home was completed in about three weeks. This was due to him knowing the right price point for the home I was selling, knowing the market, and understanding the quality of home building from the ground up. He created a bidding war and I was thrilled with the results. I have purchased many homes, and this was the easiest process.  He listened, and was able to find just the right property and location for me, after showing me just a few. He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and truly treated me like a friend.

My husband and I had started looking for our first home when we were randomly matched with Darin by clicking on an ad on zillow. It was the best thing to happen to us! We even passed up a family friend who was an agent since Darin was helpful to us right from the get-go. Since we were young first time home-buyers the whole processs was a bit overwhelming, but Darin took the time to sit down with us and walked us through every aspect of the home buying experience. He always made us feel that we were his top priority and that he was there to make the process easy for us... It was more like we were going to hang out with a friend rather than our agent! He found us a perfect house, helped us craft the right offer, and even managered to get the seller to fix more from the inspection than we were anticipating! Darin was there through every aspect of the process, and kept checking in with us even after the closing. People say the home buying process is super stressful, but with Darin by your side it will actually be an enjoyable experience! We highly recommend him to everyone!

Working with Ambassador last spring to sell my investment property was awesome!  In one week we had a cash offer at our list price and a week after that we had a done deal.  We're now working with Darin to find our next investment property and it's been great.  Because of his ties with the other professionals in the area, he's shown us things that other agents have no shot at.  This is a huge deal for us and it's been a comfort having an agent who has our interests in mind, not just closing the deal.
