Colorado Landmark, Realtors was founded in 1977 by Joel Ripmaster, with offices in Downtown Boulder and Old Town Niwot. Our locally-owned boutique agency centers around one clear goal: to provide the highest quality real estate and relocation services to our clients, while offering unparalleled support and guidance each step of the way. Today, over 50 agents in 2 offices share our founder’s passion for real estate, and combine in-depth knowledge of our communities with a modern approach and the latest technology and to meet our clients' needs.
