Celina was amazing and patient with home shopping with my Partner and I. She would always pick her phone up or text back when we had questions. There was never a moment we wondered where Celina was or what was going on because she kept us in the loop. In Colorado the market is tough especially in a lower price range. The house we closed on did receive higher offers but due to Celina's kindness and professionalism the sellers chose our offer. I would not have wanted a different real estate agent for our first home purchase. Would recommend, 10/10!

Sara O’Neill was absolutely amazing! Being a first time home buyer, we had no idea or experience with the process. Sara was available anytime of day, and responds quickly to texts and calls. From the beginning Sara walked us through what we would expect and got to know our likes and dislikes in homes. She didn’t waste our time. She is knowledgeable in the industry and sincerely wanted to find our home! I appreciated all the hard work she put into finding our home, and her insight in the neighborhoods and locations we saw. She has even offered to help us with our home after the sale. She has friends and companies she has used personally on home repairs, and she is willing to help connect us with them after the sale. I will recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. She’s more than just a Realtor, she’s the one you’ll want on your side!

Being a first time home buyer, I was lucky enough to get in contact with nick at iHOMES Colorado.  From the start, I could tell he was sincere and honest with what he was telling me.  I knew he had my best interests at heart throughout the whole process.  That dedication and willingness to go above   and beyond blew me away.  He exceeded my expectations every step of the way.  He educated me on the whole process and was very open and honest with me which is something I valued being a first time home buyer.  He fought to get me the best value for my budget and made sure I got a fair deal.  He was available 24/7 whenever I needed to ask him a question or if I had a concern.  Not only is he amazing at his job he is a genuine and good human being who I'm lucky to have been able to work with during this home buying process. Thanks to Maritza, Mimi, and the team at Guild Mortgage. The process of getting a house with Guild was much more simple than I thought as a first time home buyer. To my wife and I it seemed like Maritza and Mimi were on our schedule all the time as if they worked 24/7 for us. They sure made everything feel personal and without discomfort , and at the same time kept it professional, bold and clear. The process it self is hectic, so it is very important to have a great team that can be precise, fast, and kind; we definitely experienced this with Maritza and Mimi from Guild Mortgage. 

Again, Thanks to the Guild Mortgage team and special thanks to Mimi Martin and Maritza Escobar. Awesome work, Great people, over expectations!
