Bought an old, Large currency dollar bill, for my new God daughter's (Twins), here and got it for below what I was going to purchase on AUCTION @ the famous auction Bay. The man who sold me the bill was amazing and well informed I'm coming back for the older bill btw

Where do I start? I went in to get a ring appraised and the two guys working there, who I later learned are "gemologists," were busy with other customers looking at jewelry. I was idly waiting around a while before anyone acknowledged I was there. One of the girls was really nice and friendly to me, even putting the ring into the cleaner. She told me it would be all right to wait around until the guys were finished so they could give me a verbal appraisal. This changed after more customers arrived.

The counter girl told me to come back later when the experts weren't busy. I told her I live far from the store. Who in customer service would ever ask that? She then told me to go to the other side of the store and have a seat.

The oldest guy came over rushedly, looked at my ring, and gave a half assed explanation to me. It was obvious he was trying to hurry it up and get me out of there because I wasn't a paying customer. I wasn't aware that I was inside the Tiffany's of Tucson. Lol. These people are so pompous. The service is just cringe worthy. Hey, at least I got my ring cleaned!

Tucson is our second home and we have shopped at Ambassador for the last 4 years. We have purchased some estate jewelry and gold and silver coins.They are informed and knowledgeable and spend the time explaining the options without being pushy. They can do anything you have in mind and make it fit your budget. Their customers service is excellent and stress free experience!

I went to Ambassador Jewelers on a recommendation. After my experiences there I would honestly, wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area. They are honest and kind. Jim and Mike are masters at their craft. They cleaned, polished and replaced a stone in one of my existing rings until it was exquisite. 

Ambassador may be small, but it is old school service and old school quality. The best jeweler in Tucson, hands down.
