I was looking at ladies bags. I needed something professional.  The sales lady was very helpful.  She explained how to save money by opening a Macy's card and helped me find a matching wallet. She seemed excited for me and was very friendly.  Because of her Santa came early for me. Awesome experience!

I will only be buying my fragrances from here from now on.  In the past month I bought Mont Blanc Legend Spirit 6.7 oz, Bleu De Chanel EDP 5oz, Prada Luna Rossa 5oz collector's edition and today I bought Platinum Egoiste by Chanel.  Took it home wife didn't like it, so I brought it back for exchange.  Thankfully the lady noticed something off with the box, opened it and inside was an empty bottle of God knows what.  I thought I was out over $100, but the ladies were so gracious!  They could see I am a good repeat customer and I was not the one who did such a dispecable thing!  They exchanged it for what I wanted.  They didn't have to believe me.  They could have just told me too bad, but they didn't and that is excellent customer service!!!!

I always enjoy going to Macys! It is truly a classy store in which to shop!! It has personality! It also has some good sales rite now! I'm going back tomorrow! I highly recommend shopping there!!!

I went to this store 3 times within a week span. I went with my sister to look at the purses  I was really excited to pick one oi5t as a late Mothers Day gift. Every time I went  we wondered from brand to brand and stayed 30 to 40 minutes. I was very indecisive. The store was clean and I've had great experiences there before this the star but this time I was shocked. All 3 times I was there, nobody said hi or madr eye contact with me  there were a few customers that trickled in after us  they were greeted and it was slow all 3 times. The last time I was there, I went yo Dillard' s and was greeted immediately and had exceptional service and bought my done MK purses. The prices were the same as was the volume. I do hope they read this and make some changes to enhance customer experience/focus.

Adriana in sunglasses was very helpful about the store @ Park Place aswell as Macys in the Bay Area, very knowledgeable and in tune with the latest styles, a real asset to the store.
