Worst service ever. I walked in to pay a Bill and spoke to Jasmine. She was awful. I asked how much the amount due was. She said well how do I know? I can tell you the entire balance. I explained I didn't want to pay the entire balance. Jasmine said well pick a amount. Well if I pick an amount and it's not enough I need to come back. I don't want to do that. She said well what do you want me to do. I told her to ask for a manager. She I guess was the manager. So I asked if she could call to find out. Thinking this is your job. She told me they were a 3rd party not corporate and they don't do that their. So I told her to give me my card back I'll go somewhere else. She gave it back a laughed at me. Can you believe that laughed. WOW. As I walked out she said that was a waste of time. I right away turned around asked for a card so I could email my experience and you better believe I will do not ever go to this location I was treated worse then I ever have my entire life.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!?? I'm not one to usually leave bad reviews on a establishment but this is too much. I'll try to make this short as possible but there's just some details too hard not to tell. The customer service here at the beginning is great, very friendly and helpful BUT that's because they want to make a sale. After that, the customer service drops drastically at best.The staff here are clueless, I'm not sure if they keep hiring and firing new people or they are just simply lazy. My husband and I live decently far from this location about 45 minutes to an hour drive. We made the wrong choice getting our wedding jewelry here. Once you've made your purchase and need additional service like getting a resize, you better look somewhere else because you won't find it here. My husband had returned the rings because the suggested size the KAY's Rep told him to purchase was too big, even though he already told her what size to order. The new replacements were suppose to be in by the first week of August 2017 but the MANAGER ordered the wrong sets. SO.. she told us, that she'd re-order it but we would have to wait longer. WHY? But we agreed, the actual CORRECT sets were going to be in mid-September 2017 at the LATEST, it's MID- NOVEMBER 2017!!! Every time we've called, they have a hard time finding our account, our names or what the reason for checking up. They say, they'll "UPDATE your profile and make a note or NOTES" but no one ever seems to because every phone call, is like the first time they are hearing about it. The staff there are not helpful and the manager, doesn't have much of an idea of what she's doing either. There are plenty of beautiful rings else where with better customer service. If you find a specific brand at KAY's, try going to that brand directly if possible to avoid yourself a headache.

My husband and I ordered a custom wedding band on Dec 11. They show us the projected date of Feb 23 for delivery but tell us it never takes that long and that someone will call when it comes in. We heard nothing. I called THEM on Feb 28 and was told the woman who sold it to us would need to look into it. What? So again I gave them the order # and dates. They called back almost immediately to tell me our order has been in the store safe... for weeks apparently. They apologize over and over but offer no explanation. No offers of future discount. Nothing. Will never order again from this store or from Kay.

Every time I have been to this location, the staff is extremely rude and they have condescending comments for days! I would be happy to provide specific examples! They're highly unprofessional at BEST! They offer free inspections and cleaning which are required for the warranty protection, however, they "don't like" to actually perform the services and make it very clear to the customer even stating that it was "unnecessary"! They clearly have the wrong staff for the industry and will continue to lose business if this problem isn't addressed and resolved. I am appalled by my "service" today and will not be returning, this was my last straw.

My diamond had fallen out of the setting. I went to the Fast Repair place in the mall and, they wanted $220 to put a new crown on it. Then another $330 to reset the wrap. So, I took it over to Kay's (we had gotten the set at a Kay's in NY). They put on a new crown, checked the wrap to ensure the diamonds were secure and polished both - all for $175. Awesome service - excellent workmanship
