Be careful doing business with this man. I have stage IV breast cancer and have been going through chemo treatments. His business is in the same Plaza as my dance studio. I left my bed frame with him the night before a double mastectomy because it was too high for me to use after the surgery. My understanding and his written contract state clearly that if the bed did not sell in 90 days I would have to pick it up. Two weeks before the 90 days was up, on a Saturday and with no lead time to make arrangements he demanded that I pick up a 4 poster cherry wood bed frame because it had not sold. I did my best to find someone to pick it up (I can not due to the surgery) but needed a week before they could do it - still within the 90 days. He got nasty and told me it had to go on Monday and he would bring it to my dance studio at 2:30. So I ended up waiting for him for over 2 hours at the studio - his son was late - and the bed had to be brought in in the middle of my classes. A contract is a contract. If he needed the bed out before the 90 days the decent thing was to give me time to make the arrangements not 2 days. This is a terrible way to do business. Be cautious.
