The air-conditioning is practically non existent. I have been watching movies here for a long time but comfort is not offered. Come here in summer clothes to be comfortable. 

Food of course is expensive. Special lines for AMC members. They don't offer the powdered flavors for the popcorn anymore. You have to buy the new flavors ex. Cheddar, caramel etc for much more money. 

Audio in certain theaters are way too low. A pretty useless Dolby surround sound. Maybe they need to sound check all their theaters.

The pros
Bathroom is well maintained.
Hot butter for your expensive popcorn.
Validated parking.

The seats were incredibly filthy. Something bit me five times. I thought it was my imagination but I came home to see welts. I hope it wasn't bed bugs. We did enjoy the film we saw and the employees were nice. I can only hope whatever bit me did not travel home with me. Do your customers a favor and clean the seats and kill whatever is living in them. Thanks.

I don't recommend this location at all because of their service, i was denied validation on my ticket because I didn't buy anything at that moment although I am regular movie goer who comes to this theater on a regular base and I'm also a member and was denied validation, way to go for customer service you sure won't see me back here again.... I asked for a manager and explained my situation I think his name was Alex and he still refused so I'm not sure what kind of service they're running but it ain't customer service..

I was there 4 days ago I was visiting I'm from Toronto Canada I must say excellent service the popcorn was super delicious buttery and hot defently coming back!!! Thanks for your amazing staff!

Parking is not adequate but the worst part is that they do not warn the customers and just keep letting cars in so it becomes a free for all inside for 30-40mins. We missed our movie even though we arrived early. Not worth it.
