Saw Last Jedi on opening night, which was awesome! That said, was disappointed that we purchased a 3D movie tickets, along with the price premium that comes with, and they only showed a standard screening.  Many in the auditorium asked the usher why it wasn't in 3d (as everyone had purchased a 3d ticket, even said it on the ticket) and the only option offered was to come back another time (not on opening night); not the best customer service from a theatre supposedly delivering a premium experience.

One of my favorite theatres. Clean bathrooms, great bar, not too big of auditoriums, which I really like.....but not too small either. Very comfy seats. Never too busy. Great service. Great all around.

6-28-17 visit. One of two reasons I will not return unfortunately, is a result of the screaming welcoming employee, the young lady at the entrance today with the distinctive big curly hair. I couldnt get her name because I was in a hurry to catch my movie. I felt ambushed the moment i walked in.  I would have liked to look at the options first. I later saw her making out with a gentleman in the hall. It was a wrong exit for a quick second on my part which i regret but this time she didn't have on a work uniform maybe she was off I assume but it was still uncomfortable for that split second. She wore an adorable jumper but I noticed the hair right away so I was certain it's the same young lady. that really made me regret the trip dealing with traffic all the way from Manhattan Beach but besides that. The place is beautiful, I just won't be returning. I'm sure it's company policy for inappropriate behavior.

Posted movie times on Google and the arclight website were different from the theater. Arrived 30 min early to a movie to find it had already started. Spoke to management, they were uninterested in fixing the problem.
