We love coming to this theater because it’s the closest to us and by so many other places.  I never write negative reviews but I don’t want to see this theater disappear.  It is so dirty and run down.  From the bathrooms to the lobby to the old concession counter area to the floors and walls in every room.  The service that is there is good but there’s never anyone past the concession counter or ticket booth.  I’m guessing you’re losing money because of people not paying and walking in.  If this place were clean I could look past the other minor things.

Definitely will not be back to this theater.  You pay a ridiculous price for tickets for a movie experience.  Our experience consisted of every bathroom stall out of toilet paper (it was not even busy yet), the pop machine sprayed my daughter in the face as it wasn't working properly,  seemed like the guy knew about it but didn't care), we attempted to play the claw game which proceeded to eat our money.  When we told the staff they're response was "yeah it's not working right now"  no sign on it saying that it's not and no mention of a refund, just yeah that's too bad."

By far the worst experience I've ever had a movie theater.  Most of the theaters around here are Marcus theaters.  Ill be going there from now on for new movies.  The best movie experience is definitely at the Collins road theater, but they don't offer the newest movies.

Why are all of you degrading a movie theater? You chose to pay and watch a movie. If you don't/didn't like your experience, then don't go there. Don't be disrespectful and post about another movie theater and what they have, and stop complaining about the prices. If you don't want to pay, then don't go, and wait till the movie comes out on blue ray or DVD. In my opinion, this is a great movie theater, and the employees do everything they can do inorder to make you feel at home. Overall, if you needed a nice place to watch a movie, look no further, bring your friends and family and enjoy your experience(s) on your own.

Place is run down.  Over prices even more so than Marcus Theater on the other side of town... which is a newer nicer building!  And has the nice dream lounger seating

Kinda rough... wallpaper is falling of off the walls here and there... but the bathrooms are clean, and the theaters themselves are nice once you're in them.  Decent seating, too.  Good sound system.
