We are a family owned and managed, small town movie theater with one screen and 100 seats. There is usually a drawing at the beginning of each show for a free medium pop and popcorn or a free candy as well as occasional poster give-a-ways.

Second time going...another great experience but with new comfy seat.  Friendly place with personal service, love the pre show drawings as have been lucky both times.  This is very different in a good way from the large chain theatres and crowds that typically gather there.

Great popcorn too.  No complaints at all and will be back.

I love the Bijou!  Locally owned & operated, with owners who actually care about your movie watching experience, and popcorn is much better than what any of the theaters in Cedar Rapids offer.  They recently upgraded the seats, which are super comfy, with lots of leg room.  Great, cozy, fun theater!

I love going there. The friendliness, and welcoming of the staff and owners makes for a feel good experience. The new seats are wonderful and I think the popcorn is great!

Great hometown movie theater with the best movies when they come out.   The new seats are great.  The place is always clean,  and the staff is helpful and friendly.  Great popcorn.

Nice small town vibe. Single screen but still showing current first run films. Only downside is the seating has one aisle so you may have to climb across everybody to get to an empty seat or on a restroom run.
