My husband and I went to see a movie and we sat right next to an unfortunately loud guest who continued to make loud comments throughout the film. This was disturbing and irritating and we didn't know what to do. After the film, we went to guest services and explained what had happened and the supervisor was very kind and let us know how we could report it anonymously in the future- should it happen again; and he compensated two tickets for us to come back for a better experience next time. Thank you AMC for listening and caring!

Very nice theater. Unique choices for food. Comfy recliner seats. Friendly staff.

IMAX too loud. The manager said that's normal. I've been in a lot of IMAX and that was not normal. They did do Top Gun redo movie at a normal volume and still was enjoyable but I guess this manager just doesn't get it

I think they may have been having a bad day. But it was really messy in the theater. They had one associate trying to clean the theater all by herself. We had to move all the trash just to sit down. That trash was never picked up. App was nice to buy the tickets and no line at concessions. But you have to clean the theaters in-between movies!

I will never ever go to this theatre again! Since I learned about how employees are treated, I've told everyone I know not to go here! The management must be insane!!! I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau & also have put on Facebook how this place is run & how employees are treated! I hope this place goes out of business! I don't know how other AMC's are run but this one sucks! Very unfair.
