This is my first EVER review on Google...
So let's skip to the chase with the design of the theater, it is very modernistic and easy to navigate with multiple entrances to get in and out which is very useful for people traffic control. 
The second thing I would be like to point out is the cleanliness and orderliness of the place, it was in my opinion very clean and organized as there was almost no spills of popcorn, drinks, or anything else as far as a mess I could see, there was big clear signs pointing where everything was so you did not get lost, and if you did get lost,  
A staff could help you which brings me to my third and final point. The customer service here is great. I had left my wallet in theatre and the OWNER of the theatre (Mr. Kennyson, sorry if I misspelled the name btw sir) helped me find it and looked with me and called the front desk and all that stuff. Before we were about to go check in the car again, he said to call customer service if we did not find it and leave my phone number so they could contact me if I couldn't find it, he even said that if I needed to talk with him, he was available and to ask for him. He found the wallet while we were checking the car and came out and gave it to us.
Overall this place deserves way more attention than it gets, especially with the never ending promotion that everyone( and yes I mean EVERYONE!) Gets in for 7$ and it is only at this theatre. So go check them out! 9001/5 stars!

I GAVE THIS THEATER A 2 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I LOVED THE MOVIE AND THE PRICE HOWEVER THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND THE PERSON HELPING ME FORGOT TWICE TO PUT BUTTER ON MY POPCORN AND WHEN I ASKED FOR IT, SHE LOOKED AT ME AS IF IT WAS A PROBLEM TO ADD BUTTER SO I TOLD HER NEVER MIND AND THEN THE POPCORN TASTED OLD, THE SERVICE WAS VERY SLOW AND I PAID ALMOST $9.00 FOR THE LG POPCORN JUST FOR ME NOT TO EVEN EAT IT....THE THEATER WAS WAY TO COLD, I LIVE DOWN THE STREET FROM THIS THEATER THAT IS WHY I DECIDED TO GO TO THE MOVIES THERE HOWEVER I WILL DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO THE PARKWEST LOCATION JUST FOR BETTER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH THAT MEANS PAYING AN EXTRA $1.50 FOR THE MOVIE AND DRIVING 20 MINS OUT OF MY WAY. I MEAN I GUESS YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I DO NOT KNOW IF I WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

My wife and I went to see 2 movies on Tuesday afternoon.
Both movies were great.
We purchased a extra large popcorn and 2 large cokes
Between shows I went to refill our popcorn and my drink.
Being the day after Christmas who has a lot of money right?
All I had with me were a few gift cards. The young lady lady filled the popcorn with no problem. Then told me it would be a $1.58 for the drink. After trying what I had on my gift cards it left me with a balance of .12 cents.
She made a big issue out of it to the point of calling a manager over.
Who then laid a guilt trip on me about the girls drawer being short at the end of her shift.
Over .12 cents.
Just think what they charge for 1 drink how much Coke you could buy in the store.
I had no idea that .12 cents would bankrupt a big company such as Harkins.
Guess we will go to AMC from now on.

This movie theater is cool, I like the fact how management really caters to the customers and security is present along with all the attractions. However, I will like to see an update on the seating, and some staff are okay, while others don't look happy to be there. Other than that go check out a movie. And don't forget to go in the mall and grab some food or gifts to take home with ya.

I was impressed with the theater. My grandson and I went to see Paddington 2 but I was a little hesitant to go to this theater because the Metro Mall is literally going out of business. However, I was surprised to find how nice the theater was, would go back if I have the opportunity
