Went to see Girls Trip. The movie was awesome, hilarious and plain out great! The theater however, was a little messy. They seemed short handed but everyone was still very professional and courteous. Sometimes the chairs are a little hard to work. However they are a nice addition to the theater. Bathrooms were clean. The security person who were taking the tickets was very good. She was well aware of her surroundings and still nice. It's a cool place to visit.

I currently am suffering from excessive thirst due to a medication that I am on. Because of this I carry a water bottle with me at all times. I never before had an issue with taking a water bottle into this movie theatre. After buying my nonrefundable tickets I was told I was not allowed to bring my water bottle in. I tried to explain that I need to have my water and the staff simply did not care and I rudely was told to take the bottle to my car or I will be kicked out. They offered me a complimentary cup that looked to be about 4oz. Obviously I was dissatisfied with this because the cup would not last me 2 minutes yet alone an entire movie, so then they told me that my only option was to buy a $6 cup to fill with water. I understand that policy is policy and I really don't care about the money, but the staff was very rude to me over something so minor. On top of all of this the seats that my boyfriend and I had to sit in were broken! We brought it to the attention of staff and it still seemed like they did not care. We go to this movie theatre more than I like to admit, but neither of us or the people we were with will be returning after the service we got tonight.

It is close to our house. Has reserved and recliner seats. But the theater maintenance is poor. Twice i found nachos and popcorn on my seat and one time, my seat was ripped and patched with duct-tape. however the duct tape adhesive was oozing out sticking to my hair each time  i unfortunately leaned back on the headrest. 
Both times, their phone scanner for online tickets was not working and we were waiting to get in for almost 10 minutes.
Also the staff at the concession stand had no clue how to make coffee. Granted, coffee is not really a standard movie theater item. They did take my money and in return gave me day-old coffee.
If they address the above concerns, i may go back since it is really close to my house.

The remodeled theater is definitely nice! The large, comfy reclining seats make for a much more comfortable movie experience than you would expect. You should purchase tickets online so that you can pick more favorable seat locations (not too close to the front) plus you do not have to wait in the ticket line! The concessions have added menu items (of course at outrageous prices). My only negative is that every time I visit, there are very loud, distracting people in the theaters and phones constantly going off, this is no longer enforced by the theater staff in the manner that it used to be

EDIT: Concessions time has gotten worse. 40-person lines, serving one a minute. 

Great reserved recliner seating. Plenty of room and comfy chairs. High quality screens. Soundproofing between theaters needs work - explosions and low frequency sounds transmit constantly

Concessions line is too slow and too long most of the time. Friendly enough service, just not in a hurry. The popcorn is tasty but it is hard to get it lightly buttered throughout.
