Hmmm.... We arrived for a movie that was advertised online the theater will be playing. Upon arrival, the showings nor the movie were listed :[. The place looked decent inside and there was good street parking right outside the building, but we didn't end up staying since the main reason we were there was the movie. I was excited to try this place since the concept is cool (dinner and a movie - service while you watch), but honestly am not sure if we will make it back since they weren't screening the movie they said they were screening. It's also a bit of a hike to get to from Center City so if we're going to attempt a second run at this we will need to TRIPLE check it's worth the drive. Try at your own risk, maybe you'll have better luck than we did!

Like that it's not far away.. like the pricing..the food isn't bad but the service for my 1st time on a Thursday night was horrible! No napkins. no condiments. & some seen my service button on & walked right by me.. I should not have to yell at someone while the movie is playing! will I go again.. I don't know..but if I do I'm hoping the service is better next time. because my favorite place(movie tavern) is very far away.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I ordered my food at the beginning of the movie. I ordered food for my self & daughter. Her food came within 10 minutes which was great. However, I waited over 30 minutes, my food still hasn't arrived. It's not busy at all. The movie theater I'm in only has 5 people. I had to re-order my food because she never placed my order. The food wasn't worth the wait, it was horrible. The fries were soggy and my burger was so filled with lettuce, I couldn't taste my burger!. 5 minutes after getting my food, they come back to collect my money. Well, I made them wait 45 minutes like I waited for my food. Then I go use the bathroom & a female employee is sitting her ass on the sit, talking on her cellphone about how customers keep complaining and she's tired of getting yelled at. So unprofessional and nasty. The people who work here are rude, nasty and don't care to be here. The food, service, and theater sucked. A complete waste of my money and time. The other negative reviews are true. This place needs to make major improvements. It's in a great location but the people here are terrible!!! Never coming back!

The theater is clean. Food is good except the pizza. Try not to sit too close to the front.. I've gone several times with family. We have not had a problem with the theater or our servers, very polite and helpful. In fact, the one time there was a mistake on the bill, it was taken care of right away. No argument. You don't get that everywhere.

This establishment needs TRAINING on management and customer service. I love the concept of movies and providing food/drinks. I've gone to other theaters like this and was very excited to have one so close to home but this place is horrible. They don't tell you, if they are out of something until, you inquire after waiting 30 mins for your food. Bathrooms definitely should be monitored more often. This last time we went, we ordered before the movie started. 1 item came out and then we had to ask twice about the second item. It was only pretzel bites. By the middle of the movie we said forget it and stopped inquiring. When the bill came, we were informed the pretzels were taken off because they were taking too long. SO, thank you for taking them off of our bill but someone could have came around and told us they canceled it, apologized and asked if we wanted something else. Then charge gratuity and didn't give us all our change. :( Ridiculous!
