This was my first time at this particular Regal theater. I was in the area and wanted to take my nephew to see CoCo. We arrived about 15min before the movie started and was greeted by a friendly guard/staff member. We proceeded to the counter to purchase snacks and this is where is began to go down hill. The girl at the counter proceeded to get our drinks all the whole scooping the ice with the cup (which is perfectly normal) with her fingers inside the cup to grip the cup (completely unsanitary). We walked in the theater and passed by the clean up crew guy. I assumed he had just got finished or was in the process to I asked if the theater was ready for us he said yes. When I walked into that theater I was SHOCKED at the amount of food, popcorn and candy on the floor and up the stairs. We had to sweep the popcorn and candy off our seats before sitting down. Iv'e never experienced this with other Regals and from the reviews others have never experienced it either. It could have been a one time thing, I don't know but it definitely needs to be addressed. I paid a lot of money that day and felt very uncomfortable sitting in that theater.

Love this place.The staff is polite, and the food fresh. I love the comfortable seats. It's a good thing they are nailed to the floor I'd take one home with me . Quality first run movies Discount movie times 7 days a week

Love this movie theater. Always have a great time here. No lines. Clean. Good service. And off street parking is available. They have a small arcade for the kidies case you get there early, and a cute photobooth for pictures. Good place for family's, date night, and just hanging out with friends

Very clean and well-kept lobby area. they have all the usual snacks and treats. restrooms were also very well kept

Best movie theater to go to! High quality picture and sound quality and very comfortable chairs to enjoy your movie from!
