My wife & I made an appointment for 2:00 on Sunday for a manicure and pedicure.  We showed up 12 minutes early.  We were showed to our chairs.  When we tried to power-up our chairs we discovered they were not plugged in.  At 2:30, after waiting over 40 minutes, we walked out without ever seeing a tech.  As a service company you have two choices:  (1) If you take appointments make sure you have adequate staff to service those appointments, or (2) If you don’t have adequate staff simply don’t take appointments.  Bottom line be respectful of your customers time.  We were respectful of yours by showing up for our scheduled appointment.

I received a birthday coupon for 50% off a service, so I chose a nice pedicure. The technician was thorough. When I had my nails done here a month ago, I found that technician to be very thorough also. I did not feel like I was rushed in and out. Nails both times looked very nice and was what I requested.

I have been here several times now and received great service every time. Not to mention they have a rewards program with a birthday bonus! So worth It! I have gone in an hour before closing and they still took me in and did a stellar job. They put in the time and they are also polite. Always offer drinks or educate on things I could do to help out with my problem areas. Love this place, dropped the other place I was going to because I have had such good service here.

Got a quick manicure and pedicure done here by a sweet lady who made me feel comfortable and did a precise job. The result looked stunning and I was very happy when I left.

I drive from Alvin to go here..   Last 6+ months.  The last experience....  TRULY  a disappointment.  I get the dipped nails and pedicure EVERY TIME.  I tip well even mediocre service.  . So disappointed with last service!  And made it "somewhat " aware because I don't believe in showing hiney...  They didn't care AT ALL.  Linh did a great job on pedi,  but the female (with no name badge)  made it apparent she didn't want to be there and scraped 3 different cuticles without apologies....  Hard to find a place that wants repeat service.  So disappointed...
