I've been a member of LA Fitness for about 3 years now. Pearland are my home gym but this one is very nice. I love the atmosphere and the members and staff are all very friendly. The machines and equipment are what you would expect from a premium gym. Its usually pretty clean and you can get a great workout in as long as its not too busy.

For the most part I love la fitness. The guy in the front that works at 5am is awesome. I love how they maintain the pool and spa because I swim everyday. The only thing I have to say is the locker room needs a little cleaning. They are pretty good at fixing machines . I wish the gym was cheaper but it’s worth the money if you don’t want to be judged. Basketball and racket ball is awesome to do before or after a workout to have fun.

I've been going to LA Fitness for the past five years and I have to honestly say that I'm still going there because of its location. Let's start with the positives: they members that go are mostly great people and playing basketball is always fun. Also, the gym is kept clean and there are replacements for broken machines are quickly dealt with. Unfortunately, the long list of cons outweigh the pros for me: LA Fitness is too strict on rules and is only really concerned with profit. This is easily seen by the large squared of area just for personal trainers which are almost always never used. Also, they decreased the times on weekends to close at 7pm instead of 8pm, which is a disappointment for me. I really enjoy going there in the weekends but the adjusted times are a real inconvenience. Furthermore, they fired my favorite fitness instructor Matthew! Just another disappointment to the already long list. 5 years ago I would wholeheartedly recommend LA Fitness to friends, unfortunately I can't say the same anymore.

They don't have spray bottles for cleaning equipment, its a soap dispenser that you have to push about a dozen times to get a adequate amount.   Discourteous, members will get on a machine do a set then they continue to set there with no regard for others who were using the machine or who is waiting. I have never experienced this at any other gym. If I have it wasn't so wide spread.

I love going here for my summer training needs. They have very clean equipment and very nice staff members too.
