It's a great theater with lots to do before your movie. If you like bowling this is your place. If arcade games are more your thing they have you covered there as well. Or if you'd just prefer to sit at the bar and have a beer there is a pretty good on tap selection.

Places good. The parking garage is a rip off. I had my spot hero and then I had the ticket validated. So that was $13. But then I ran over a few minutes on the parking. Guess how much those few minutes cost me? $23. So I basically paid $46 for 2 hour movie.

This has been my go-to theater for 10 years. They have lots of screens and yet not mobbed with people. My wife and went to see a 3D movie, got the glasses and all, but when it started it it was just regular. KNowing I paid more for 3D made me feel cheated, but about a third of the way through a staff member came in and offered us each passes to see another movie for free! No need to go to customer service. They recognized the mistake and were proactive to fix it. We came back a week later and used the passes to see a show in the Dolby theater with amazing sound. Normally wouldn't have been interested but with the free passes I tried it out. It made a huge difference. The next action move I see will be there for sure. GREAT SERVICE!

It’s a good place to watch a movie and enjoy your day in Chicago downtown.. This is the first time I am going to movie theater in Chicago downtown and it’s nice one..Pictures quality are awesome..sound quality are also good.. Big screen..Good customer service..My experience is good.. you can purchase tickets online..good food..Nice and clean.

This theater is huge. No assigned seats but they have any movie you could want. Seats are comfortable. Attached bowling, billiards, and arcade are a lot of fun if you have extra time.
