I bought two tickets to see Despicable Me 3. Of course the two seats I bought were covered in popcorn & cheese. It was clear that no one came in the theatre & cleaned up after the last movie. I would be even more mad if there weren't any open seats, but this is just poor management of keeping the theatres cleaned. There was also either grease or butter on the hard floor coming into the theatre. My brother and I both almost slipped. There was also no one at the stand to take tickets. Almost makes me not want to buy a ticket and I could just walk in to whatever movie I would like. This used to be my go to theatre, but some things need to change asap!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I came to see The Mummy this evening and we were kind of disappointed. We ordered food, got our drinks and went to watch the movie until or food was ready. The theatre we were in spelled like sour rags and the screen was so dark you could barely see the movie. I got my food, which was the boneless buffalo wings, first off they were burnt with no flavor to them whatsoever. Good thing is I returned them as was able to get their mozzarella cheese sticks instead. Maybe we came on a chill night because the concession attendees were laughing and playing in the halls as we left the theatre and there was only one person up front. Would I visit again??? Maybe one more time during a different time of the day instead of at night.

The theater provides a wonderful family-friendly atmosphere along with a great selection of movies. Definitely loved it 🤗

FAB U LOUS! THREE WORDS! Courteous, respectful staff. Clean theater and restroom. Fresh popcorn and cold, strong pop! What more can you ask for on an after work outing? Yea!

The theater was comfortable and we were thier for the 2:20pm showing of "Get Out". I made reservations through Fandango and reserved my seats. Once I got there, the theater was empty with about 8 couples. I decided to sit in a different place. In come a female employee of Marcus theatres with a friend. She was off the clock, in plain clothes and there to see the movie. As she past me, I thought I was in her seat. So I asked her, she didn't answer but asked if I was in my signed seat. I said "no". She then asked for my tickets. I said "no". I asked her again if I was sitting in her seat and if not, I'll stay until the person come. She asked me to go to my assigned seat. I said, "no". She's storms out to get the usher. Poor kid. He's looking around like, why is this under cover Marcus theatres employee on her off day messing with people. The manager got involved and it was a crazy, loud, and unnecessary event. I moved to be away from the undercover employee and her girlfriend who wanted to flex her power. Watch out!!! Angry employees on premises. One high light, the manager and usher on duty were the best!!!!
