Mixed feelings about this movie theater. It's my primary theater but I've had a wide range of experiences here. Some were screens are okay some smelled like something weird. Sometimes sticky floors sometimes not. But ticket prices are decent and staff has always been nice. 

If I didn't want to see movies early enough to avoid spoilers I'd much rather stick to watching at home.

Simply want to know showtimes of movies starting earlier in the day so as to arrange a pick up time.  Don't want to text or call my daughter while at the movie.  The website does not show times of movies already in progress (AMC seems to be more interested in selling tickets than in helping people who already spent their money there).  When calling the theater, no one answers the phone, I tried about 8 times. They no longer have a menu listing showtimes and run time for the date.  They have an automated system that drives you to the website, which does not have the information needed, again, just to learn how to buy more tickets. Automation is to make life easier not more painful and difficult.  I wonder if anyone answers the phone at AMC ever.  It's great when technology makes us less helpful and less considerate rather than more helpful and thoughtful.  I would say poor customer service, but in this case there is NO SERVICE at all, lame.

We received a gift card for $25 to AMC. We went to an imax showing which was $35 for 2 people. The seats were kinda nasty and worn down. The concrete floor paint worn off. It seemed like a dollar move venue in those 2 points. The sound was ok but not as expected either. The screen experience was better though. It was sharp and had a 4:3 ratio. In the future, I'll pay less and pick the standard movie. If possible I'll also go to Marcus Oakdale which has a better experience.

Nice, large theater. The last time I went, I had purchased 2 tickets on fandango, and when I arrived for my movie they told me the theater was closed for the day due to a flood from some frozen pipes that had burst. Now I understand that is out of their control, but I do not feel like the rest of the situation was handled correctly. I told them I had tickets purchased and wanted a refund, which they said since it was through fandango you need to get refunded by them. Why couldn’t AMC have given me vouchers for a free movie to make up for it? The inconvenience was on their end, not fandangos. Pretty disappointed in AMC.
