I'm a fan of this place. Be warned, no pre selected seating or plush reclining chairs. The bar is a plus and their food is actually pretty good for theater grub. There are usually more than enough employees if you need anything. The location is great and the theaters are always nice and clean.

Though I enjoyed the content of the movie I saw, absolutely every other part of my experience here was disappointing. Seating was a pain, due to very tight rows, and aggressive patrons. I'd estimate about half the seats were occupied by humans, and the other half were used to store food, jackets, purses and what not. Arguments were breaking out over seat hoarding, and several people ended up having to sit on the steps. I came with one other person before the movie started, and we were not able to get seats next to each other, despite the fact that several seats next to me were used for the belongings of a large family. I complained to the staff and was assured that an usher would come to help sort things out, but that never happened. The selection of food was small and also very overpriced. The staff would turn a blind eye to families who buy one ticket, and then sneak in other people through the front door (not even the back doors). Lines were long due to the place being understaffed. Seats were not cleaned well, and fallen popcorn was abundant.

Clean and comfortable seating. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bathrooms clean and easy to find. Condiment area well organized and maintained. Bar in front lobby. Minimal waiting time in self service as well as non self service ticket lines. Lots of well lit parking. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and additional entertainment.

The movie theater was dirty with cups and popcorn in the chairs and all over the place. The seating was old theater seating and not very comfortable although roomy. They were out of menu items at a 7 pm show on the weekend. I give it 2 stars because it has self serve drink options although the cola was not good and they have a bar. That's worth a star. Definitely doesn't compare to the AMC I loved in Dallas so don't expect top of the line like you may know them but they have fun microwave food items to eat. I literally saw chicken and waffles on the menu.

AMC has always been the place to go. But one thing is majorly pulling me away and trying to look for another place for movies, and that's the cheese that they changed that goes with their pretzels and nachos. They either are trying to go cheap to save a buck or something, but this new cheese that they added to their food lineup tastes really bad. Almost chemically tasting to me. If they would go back to what they used to have, I would rate it 5 stars. Only because what I love coming to the movies to is a movie and pretzel bites. Both my wife and I always come for that. The last time I was in line, I was literally unable to decide what I wanted. Went back to the basic now, popcorn and a water. Wasn't satisfied this last time. Oh well.
