Typically, this is one of my favorite places to see a movie. However, on this trip- I was less than thrilled. The movie itself was fantastic, and the audio and visual experience was good. But upon entering the theatre- our seats were covered in trash and the seats were in poor condition. When I went to the bathroom; both trash cans were overflowing and there was enough popcorn and debris on the floor my boots crunched. I had to try two different stalls before finding one with toilet paper and clean enough to use. I’m far from a neat freak, but this is ridiculous. I know this location can do better, which is what I hope to see next time I come in.

Four stars because I can't believe my husband just paid $11.+ for a ticket. It's been so long since I've been .I thought it was 8 or 9 $. Movie sound was great! Also I'm disappointed how people are taking care of this place. Several Seats are torn. I remember going in and it was so new and nice looking. But will always go here because we love the recliner seats!!!

Used to be my favorite place to watch movies.  Now, I'm usually disappointed.  I've email/surveyed them three times over the last 9 months.  Manager and I have emailed back an forth.  Just gets worse.  I love the AMC Stubs rewards program, but the Premier line is a joke.  Just last week, they are helping someone and I walk up there.  They help two more people in the regular line before I get a chance to go.  The best seats in each room are atrocious.  I took pictures of the seats in row C and D in the theater playing Justice League.

Unfortunately, I will be going here less and less.  Have been going to Warren Theaters in the interim.  Always a GREAT experience with them (just costs a lot more, but I'm willing to pay for the service).

I had the worst experience at a movie theater ever. To give you some reference, I am not old or cranky. I will give companies a pass most of the time because I know being perfect all the time is hard. 

I purchased tickets online and picked them up outside at a kiosk. When I walked inside there were queuing boarders up that forced me into a line. The line was to pick up tickets. Pointless. 

Then I tried to buy some confessions. I pocket up a water and waited in line for 5 minutes. Employees looked at me but never walked two steps to check me out. I put my stuff back and went to my seat. 

The previews started and all of the voices where panned to the hard right. I had experienced this before and normally it gets corrected before the movie starts. Not this time. The center right channel was just cranked up to 11 and the center and center left were mostly silent. 

The seats sucked too. It also smelled like a 1970s Buick with cloth seats.

Rating would have been higher but the place was in need of repair and cleaned. The seats had holes. It wasn't just a few seats but about half of the auditorium. The restroom needed attention. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Paper all over floor and stalls not clean. The staff was polite and movie was great.
