Theater was comfortable. Service well below par, at the snack area. The way the staff treated me, and then the exact thing happened to my dad who happened to be in line two behind me. The manager acknowledged it when approached, but that's it. "yeah i heard what happened." No apology, for terrible service. The only person who got it halfway right was the ticket office, and they were confused on how to do online purchased tickets. I have enjoyed a couple different movies there, but I will make the drive out of town if i have the option.

Only four stars due to the typical high theater prices. Place is usually clean and nice enough. They're the only option in town for movies at the theater and they take full advantage. Having said that, they're not any worse than theaters anywhere else. Snacks and drinks are similar to other theaters. If you're wanting to see a movie in the theater they're fine and there's a Buffalo Wild Wings right across from the theater that's open late if you're looking for dinner and a movie.

It is the only theater in town, it's a mall theater, which contributes heavily to ticket prices. I've never had an issue with the people who work there, on occasion the popcorn hasn't been too fresh and it has been horribly over salted one time in particular. I've not found the place overly dirty or unpleasant, and yes tickets may be cheaper in Owasso, but factor in the gas and drive time, it equals out. This is not the place for the huge 3D iMAX experience. I catch movies here as a convenience, concessions are pricey, however that's where a theater really makes it's rent, the margin on the actual movie is paper thin. During the week it's a completely serviceable theater, like anywhere, some days are better than others

Nice theater, good sound, comfortable seats. The concession lines are long and fairly slow, so plan that into your schedule.

Small theater that is convenient. Customer service has always been good. The manager Ellora is always very professional and so sweet. She always listens and fixes the problems.
