Great experience! The only thing I would change would be the arcade. You have to buy a card to put money on to play games instead of just being able to put money in it to play. They have a cafe and a Starbucks as well that is on point.  The chairs are super comfortable and the theaters are pretty small so you're not crowded in and are free to relax and lay back in a recliner.

It was a little chilly in the theater even with my jacket on. Considering it was 29 degrees outside, I would have thought they would have it warm & toasty inside the theater. That is really my only complaint. On the plus or positive side. 1. The popcorn was warm & fresh & tasted great especially with butter. 2. The staff was friendly & welcoming making you feel like your at home & wanted. 3. Very clean theaters & restrooms. I'll definitely be back but maybe when it's warmer outside.

I don't really understand why several don't like the assigned seating. Personally, I love the assigned seating. For one I don't have to get too the movie earlier to ensure I get a good seat. Before, if I got there 5 min before or worse yet right on time, it would mean I was stuck in a seat I didn't like.
Now I look over the seating chart either from my cell phone or from my computer  (the day or a lot of times several days in advance) and if I can't get a good seat I will pick out another time or day.
Now I'm never stuck with a bad seat.
Also love the reclining lazy boy chairs.
Warren still beats this place in every category even price. For example on Wed at Warren it's $5 to see any movie you want anytime of the day all day - as long as you stay downstairs.

Clean. Seats accommodating for any size. But WOW FOOD PRICES...THEY ARE OUTRAGES! No wonder people feel the NEED TO SNEAK FOOD IN! Drop the prices & we can purchase your food! They HAVE NEW POLICY...NO LARGE BAGS OVER 6" Wide & 12" × 12" ??? Pretty positive on hand bag size.

This place is awesome. I come here all the time with my dad almost every week. They have a great app, and point system. I love that you can order your tickets in advance, or even use the kiosk at the door. And if you want to get your tickets the old fashion way they have an attendant there as well. The the seats are super comfy.
