Experience with most of the employees was fine, however, they treat all of their customers like criminals. I sat to watch a movie that came out 2.5weeks prior and they had an employee watching the customers while the movie played. I always put my phone on vibrate, and if I must check the time etc I face the phone down to not bother other viewers. I do have an app to find out the title of songs. The second I pulled my phone up, one of the employees rush to my side and yelled at me to turn off my phone. As I continued to watch the movie I saw the same employee approaching multiple people. This is ridiculous, I go to movies to enjoy my time, not be policed for checking a song title. I have been coming to this theater for many years, and I have no desire to see another movie at New Vision after this.

Went to see the premiere of Black Panther at this theater for the first time, and I really enjoyed myself! The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was expecting the bar to be operating as advertised but it wasn't open at all. Customer service was great which played a role in my 5 star!

I love coming to this theater. When I'm getting ready to watch a movie. I always kick back the seat and relax. This movie theater is very nice and cozy. Highly recommended theater!

I liked it a lot the first time I went, I especially liked the comfortable reclining chairs. The 2nd time I visited my chair didn't work, and my wife told them afterwards. I thought they might offer some kind of reimbursement or compensation but no such offer was made. But I'm sure I'll be back, just hope my chair works next time.

Management...you need to do something about the cleanliness in your bathrooms, lobby & theaters at Tilghman Square.  We were there on Sunday at 6:30 it was NOT good & could not believe how dirty it was. Very disappointed... glad the movie was awesome!!!!
