One of the better AMC theaters that I've been to in the Valley. Tickets and concessions can be purchased online via the Atom app. Your concessions will be waiting for you on the side so you can just grab and go without spending time waiting in line and missing previews. Plenty of parking is available and it is handicapped accessible.

Do not call them to ask any questions about things not listed on the automated system. The so -called manager picked up the phone and had no knowledge on the products they offer. She didn't even know the price of a IMAX ticket. When I asked her to speak to someone more knowledgeable on the products she told me there was no one else available to speak to. Word of advise, hire staff members that can learn the basics of your product with better over the phone customer service.

Not a single representative from the entire company would pick up the phone. Google shows this theater (Center Valley PA) having only one showtime for Thursday which can't be accurate. But there is now way to find out, as no reps from the company answer any of the several phone numbers. Severely disappointed and this entire company is worthy of 0 stars.

This particular theater is now so understaffed that is a miserable experience. The staff are young and energetic, but no one is in charge. I hope it gets better. The theater itself is modern and comfortable.

Nice theater but there was basically no employees working to help on a weekday afternoon. They also had no salt and 2/3 soda machines were broken.
