We always come here to get our state inspections, and usually they're pretty good about getting it done quickly. Usually within half an hour or so. Nothing outrageous. However, the last time we were there in April, this was not the case. There were 2 cars in front of us in line, and they told us there would be about a 30-45 minute wait, and we were ok with that. But that's definitely not how long it took... It took almost 2 HOURS. There's no reason why it should've taken that long. The attendants/mechanics kept disappearing, they were on their phones, helping other customers, pretty much doing anything and everything except for what they should've been doing... which was inspections. About an hour into our wait, I looked over to my right while sitting outside on the bench, and they have a banner there that says "10 minute inspections"... that's what I call a load of buffalo droppings. I'm not sure if they were short staffed that day, or what, but it was a little ridiculous. This was the first and only time this has happened though, so we'll let it slide... this time... 🙂

We had our oil and inspection done here. And they forgot some screws on the skid plate on our BMW and it fell down and broke . we called and they was happy to fix it for us . and it cost a pretty penny , but the owner and his sevice person Ramon was very happy to fix it. We very much appreciate there honesty and intergerty. It so hard to find that now a days !!!!! Great work and i would recommend this place to anyone . HONESTY AND INTEGRITY ARE A MUST  AND THERE KINDNESS AND CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS WAS AAA PLUS .... I WILL BE BACK .....😳😁😁😁

I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of. Honest bunch of guys. I met the owner who drove me home while my truck was being repaired, then picked me up when it was ready. Beat that!

Well, let me say it right off, their sign says 10 min oil change, but even with no one before me, it took about 30 minutes. 

If you are a person who is short on time, this i still one of the best places in the west side of Fort Worth to get an oil change. They have all the latest oil types and filters, well I guess I don't know that for certain, but I do know that I have a pretty rare car type and while others didn't have my kind of oil or filter, they actually did.

They are very friendly and offer a discount after X number of oil changes. I can't remember the exact number, but I want to say it was around seven. 

I just want to add that I bought my current vehicle at Honda Fort Worth, had an appointment today to get my oil changed at 10:30 am, and they said it would take at minimum on hour and fifteen minutes. I told them that was unacceptable when an appointment was made, and I was told that was tough cookies. I left and went to Texas Oil Express. When I was leaving after my oil change I looked at the clock and it was 11:16 am. Definitely a faster oil change than Kwik Kar or then Honda dealers.
