Good customer service, but didn't have any tires in my car's size at any location in Fort Worth. They were helpful in recommending another shop that might have them, though.

Went in for the tire rotation special at $10. I had the intention of going elsewhere to purchase a used tire because I had a blowout. I asked them to use the spare. AFTER the service he says they didn't do a rotation because I was going to buy a new tire replacement. And it would still be $10. I had already said I was buying a used tire and they still refused to rotate my tires.  I guess they saved me the hassle of changing it myself. But he could have told me they were going to refuse my service beforehand.

Good customer service i reccomend online appointment and have a buddy to pick you up. i arrived sometime before 9 and they had my truck ready around 4 for an alignment service, 2 tire change, rotation and balance

I was blinded by the mosquito spray and I dropped my keys in the hallway going to the restroom and was no customers in there I was only customer and the two service writers up front they wouldn't help me look for them and they were laying on the floor and I couldn't see him I called a locksmith and he unlock my car and said I'm sorry they're not in their $80 for the locksmith and he went inside a building found with cheese and some laminate floor 15 feet after you walked in the door but they didn't have time to look they were too busy took my car in there and they told me they checked it out and I didn't check it out none of those firestone's any good every time I take my car in one Ridgmar Mall the one in Lake Worth wherever there's no good they still my stuff out of my glove box my console they're no good people work there are no good all I want to do is steal stuff from you and all I want to do that tell you you got a screw in your tire I tell you can't be patched so you bought a new one when it can be patched you going on your friends okay and you just want to hold change and balance a Tire rotate and balance the tires people are no good at Firestone they're no good no good Post-it

Great customer service! Very friendly, professional, timely!! With our short wait we went to a great restaurant next door [West Side Cafe] which was a great bonus while getting our tires done! Highly recommend this location to get vehicle serviced!!
