Love this location! Called first to see if tires were available (they only had 2 but I was assured 2 more would be there when I got there) spoke to Lisa who was very knowledgable and friendly. She answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Once there Jimmie and David took real good care of me. The were up front, open and honest about what I needed right away and what could wait. There was no pressure at all! I am so thankful for them! You guys are the best!

This place was fabulous for a sticker inspection. The Benz dealership "failed" me because they said my windshield wipers wouldn't turn on. I turned on my wipers for them with no problem, so then they told me I needed two new tires.  I came to some tire experts and surprise, surprise, everything was fine & I passed inspection. Thank you for your honesty, Firestone! The sign in your lobby is 100% spot on!! :)

The absolute worst place to go for car services, especially if you are a female.  They always try to sale you services and items that you don't need.  My alignment was done wrong after two hours of waiting.  When I took the car back to be re-adjusted, it took much longer than expected.  While waiting on my car, I heard an employee tell a guy his wipers were bad.  The customer was shocked to hear such news since his expensive wipers were only 2 weeks old.  Now, the battery that I purchased from this location is completely dead after 2 years of usage.  Interesting how this happened after my last visit.  I would not recommend this location or company to anyone.  Please save yourself the time and money by NOT using firestone...EVER!

As a regular customer to this firestone location I have brought MANY of my vehicles in for regular maintenance service. ( inspect of Shocks/ struts,brakes,  change oil change, tires, alignment, etc) out of the years I've been bring my cars & trucks here, I HAVE NEVER been told by any of the staff that they can not perform a 15-30 minute oil change on my vehicle hours before closing.  I feel as if this new manager Chris Roberts is unaware of the amount of revenue neighborhood customer bring in. This is not the first time Chris Roberts has done this, but the first time I've WRITTEN about this.  We as costumers are tired of getting treated like the under dogs.  Not everyone have time to repetitively come back to the same location, just to get pushed away.  Please do better firestone.  If this is how business is now ran,  i will not bring ANY of my vehicles back for any service.

When have we started working on cars before  consulting the person who will be paying the fee?? When a customer says no I don't want your service you should obey by their wants. And don't start working on the car until the customer knows exactly what's wrong with the car and not to mention price. It's the second time this has happen at this loacation and I will not be returning. 👎🏾
