I usually get food for my co workers once a week. Today I ordered 3 wing combos and the fries were fried too hard most of the fries were brown! I asked could I get fresher fries and the cook (Asian owner) stated that's how it's suppose to be.  I asked again can I get better fries in return he gave me my money back and told me I was not allowed in his restaurant again! Poor customer service. I'll make sure that everyone I know will stay out of his establishment as well!!!

The only positive thing I can say is I got my food super fast. Otherwise, they are super rude and the BBQ wing were nasty. How do you mess up wings?

I will never order food here again! I ordered 30 wings and fries. I didn't get any ranch or celery. So I called the store the cashier who was eating behind the counter said oh the packer forgot it. I said ok can I have my fries made over and I'll come back for the rest of my food. Oh no you were suppose to remind him for it. I told her I didn't work there ,that wasn't my job. She placed me on hold only to come back to the line to say " they said no". I asked Who is they? She replies the cooks. I told her I was on my way back. The young man who packed my order gave me my ranch. I told him I wanted my fries fresh.  Another gentleman asked the cook to come talk to me. The cook asked me what I wanted. He said " you want fresh fries because you forgot something?" I didn't forget anything cause I don't work there. It should have been with the rest of my food.  I explained to him that I couldn't have forgot to get something that was  behind the counter. He agreed to remake my fries. Once they were cooked they were tossed on the counter. If the front cashier wasn't eating behind the counter she could have notice the mistake her cashier/ packer made. Get it together American Deli! I'll take my business elsewhere

Was REFUSED service by the owner because of poor communication and lack of customer service. 

I called in an order at 8:38 PM, arrived at the store at 8:45 (only to wait for him to finish refusing to make another customer's order and telling her that she wasn't welcome at his store), then was told that they do not accept phone orders after 8:30 and that he was not going to make my food because it was already 9:02. 

I was IN the store before closing, he did not even acknowledge me until 9:00, and there was no mention of a cut off time for phone orders prior to him refusing service. Very disappointed.

Always has amazing food, i definitely recommend it to anyone who's craving wings and fries! Best place yet.
