Edit: (12/17/17) Went for a chicken biscuit for breakfast. The chicken patty was hard and tasted stale like it’s been sitting in an old cabinet for months. I took the patty off and just ate the biscuit. Done with this place.

Food is good but tables and floors are dirty.  I wanted to sit in and eat but not with old ketchup and trash on tables.

If I could give it one prong on the star, I would. Absolutely horrific service. I've had several problems with this location. I work nights so I only stop by early in the mornings, usually between 1am-4am, and so far I have been told numerous times that the restaurant is closed, even though it says it's 24 hours and several employees are outside talking/smoking. I've been told they're not serving breakfast, even though it says all day breakfast. I've been told they're only serving 3 food items off the menu(cheeseburgers/mcchickens/nuggets). And most recently(Friday 11-17-17  1am), I had a verbal issue with the employees: I was told by the manager that there are only 3 employees working, 1 of which is a trainee, and all were female, so the restaurant is closed for safety reasons. When I took issue with this, the manager took my order inside the restaurant, during which time she had a major attitude problem. I noticed there were old fries sitting, so I asked another employee to drop fresh fries for my order, to which she responded "I'm not making your order, the manager is". This was said in a very rude tone.  
Also, I asked for extra cheese on my snackwraps and the manager didn't do it; she also prepared my food sloppily. The only courteous person was the trainee. Unfortunately I didn't get any of their names, but this place is horribly run.

Waiting way too long for a simple order of 2 burgers. Little sense of urgency for customers in the store. My order was given to the drive thru.

The worst damn customer service in the morning. Drive thru employee had a smart mouth and was very sarcastic when I asked a question. The menu was down and the only items I could see were from the drink menu. Very unprofessional and this was on thanksgiving day. Train your employee better or hire more qualified candidates.

The door said the dining room was open 24/7, so me & my friends went in. Employees literally started cussing us out and trying to flame us. (lol they were dusty and overweight I don't wanna hear it) On our way out they even started to get even more aggressive, like they were going to try and fight us or something. The got out from behind the counter and everything.
I understand them being frustrated bc we went in at ~1am, but they could've explained that they were closed, and probably why they were closed when they weren't supposed to be.
Complete lack of basic human decency from the staff.
