Went through the drive thru late at night. Girl was really rude, I think there were only 3 people working in the first place. She DID NOT give me back my debit card immediately. She wrapped in the receipt and handed it between two cokes. Never saw it or felt it. Asked for it, and she rudely said I GAVE IT TO YOU! Look in your car! So I had to pull into a spot, we got on our hands and knees and found ti on the floor after about 5 minutes. I asked her (loudly) WHO DOES THAT? You're supposed to hand ti back immediately alone, not stuck to a drink! And then she started screaming something to me about rude "elders". The other people there were hanging out the window in an attempt to intimidate me. NO way am I EVER going back. She was rude and clearly thought she do as she pleases. This place must be SO BAD, that they cant get any quality help.

Not very fond of this place. There was imployees walking around on their phones. Having a conversation with each other using profanity in front of other customers the food that I ask for was not made properly a McChicken is simply made with chicken bread mayonnaise lettuce and pickles this sandwich had chicken bread mayonnaise and Mac sauce on it no lettuce and no pickle and I even asked for extra pickles the bread was hard like dried-up hard that store could definitely replace management I waited 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches to be made most definitely will not have my business again

Food was actually fresh today. Could even see a few smiling employees on this bright Sunday morning.

My mom and I went in there and 1. They messed up our order ( literally wasn’t even close to what we ordered ) 2. we were in drive thru and we looked in our bag and we waited there to correct our order but instead the lady told us that her line was too long to fix our order. Wow. Some customer service.

1. Dinning area not clean ( food,trash etc.) 2. Employees eating at front counter and drive thru 3. Food like warm at best 4. Employees act as if I was an inconvenience 5. Employees loud mocking drive thru customer's and cursing 6. Drive thru personnel using cell phone (FB) while taking orders Will not patronize this establishment again!
