A one star rating is too much for this store. I was at the store with my niece to return some pants and decided to do a little shopping myself. While browsing through there jeans an older lady with short dark hair approaches me and asking if I’d like to try on. Now I am a thicker girl but was deeply offended when asked if they (the jeans I was looking at) were for a wish list! I’ve never had an issue wearing any of there clothing and was very upset by her “question or comment”. I feel like calling the store would do no good but I am offended. I shop there frequently and have never been made to feel as if I shouldn’t be. I’m fuming!!

Had a rather off-putting experience with a worker at this store. She was stomping around the store as if she was in a bad mood. Being greeted at the door is neither here nor there for me, but to have an employee cut me off as I was walking, not greet me, and not apologize really made me just want to leave. When I asked the girl for a fitting room she rolled her eyes, but stopped playing on her phone, and asked a girl in the back who was working on something to get me a room. I've never had such lousy service at AE. She looked mid-20s with curly light brown hair in a ponytail.
