Very good..!!! I like the fact that whether I am in Ft Myers, Florida,-or home in Akron Ohio...they have all of my information in their computer system. I've bought a driver, and many golf accessories at Golf Galaxy...they have found and helped me in finding hard to get things like specific head covers for Hybrid woods.. and special orders, .several new custom shafts, re gripping..etc..On my last trip..salesman Mike at the Akron store...helped me order a new bag that was unique ..but not in stock...at the store...they had one in a warehouse someplace.. he said with regular ground shipping..it might be a week-10 days...it arrived within 24 hours. Golf galaxy is my "go to place"...for Golf related products.

Great selection, and Awesome staff. I got fitted for clubs and they took SO much time to make sure the clubs fit well, and were the best for me.

I took my six iron to get re-shafted, when I went in the salesman by the repair counter said that he was busy with a customer trying out a new driver and was unable to assist me; he then proceeded to stare out the window for the next literally four minutes and ignore me while standing three feet from the counter I was waiting at; another guy walked by with a box and said he would be with me momentarily and that never happened; finally someone came from the other side of the store and did wait on me...that was frustrating. When I picked up my repaired club they never bothered to wipe down the metal wedge part-it still was caked with mud. My rating on the service is a negative five stars. Like they care. trust me-they do not-go to Golfsmith-they are real nice and courteous and act like they want to help-their prices are actually a little better on everything as well.
