Needed an elegant, formal dress for a black-tie gala this weekend. Within 30 minutes, I found and tried on multiple beautiful gowns that fit perfectly and walked out with "the one." Fabrics and stitching were high-quality and prices were very reasonable.

Kathleen helped my wife today find the perfect outfit for our daughters September wedding. She patiently helped with many selections and offered very helpful advice. She was happy to order a smaller size but is keeping the one on hand just in case that is a better fit. It is rare to find such good service and we appreciated it!

What dress shop charges people 50.00 to try on a dress? My wife went here yesterday and was told it would cost her 50.00 to try on a dress if the dress was purchased the 50 comes off the price otherwise she gets a store credit what a racquet. Nothing was said of this on the website or other reviews so I thought I would mention it for the next unsuspecting person.

Very rude. 1st time I came into the store I had awesome customer service. Brought my friend in so she could get a prom dress and the lady was EXTREMELY rude. Very pushy, asked her to grab a dress off the mannequin Bc my friend really liked it and wanted to try it on . The lady made a huge fuss saying that’s a lot of work and continued to try pushing me to grab my friend another dress. Long story short my friend bought the dress. Only gave 2 stars Bc we both got 20% off on our prom dresses.

I showed up to order my daughter's prom dress right as they were trying to close due to covid-19 and they still took the time to put my order in.

Unreal how rude the staff/owner was. Called ahead to make sure they carried they bridesmaids dresses we we're looking for. When we arrived, we we're coldly welcomed, told they don't carry bridesmaids dresses, and rudely ushered out. I like to support local businesses instead of the big chains but this place needs an attitude adjustment.

The dress was great.  The selection was great. 2 of the women there were great.  BUT...the one woman guessing owner or manager was so incredibly rude.  She rushed me and complined about everything and told me to make up my mind or leave when they had 20 mins till they close.  She actually yelled at another lady that walked in and said there was not enough time for her to shop so she should go.  If I was not in such a bad spot and on such a short time frame I never would have bought from them.  She even turned the lights off on us after we paid and wereally walking out!!! And we were still out before they closed at 6.  Super crappy service now I see why they have poor ratings!

Sandi gave me excellent service! This was the first time I’ve been there and was blown away by her help and support. The quality of the dresses is unmatched to what is available in department stores.   I’ll definitely refer others and return for my special occasion dress needs.

I went to Ino's to find a dress for my son's wedding.  I was treated like a Princess from the moment I walked in the door.  The customer service is the best I have EVER experienced.  Although it was a busy Saturday, I was treated as if I were the only client in the store.  The selection of gowns is exquisite and beautiful--and the staff knew exactly what I was looking for.  I am very petite, so the dress had to be altered significantly.  Their seamstress, Hoda, brings 50 years of experience to her craft. She whittled that dress down to fit me perfectly!  Minoosh is a darling--so charming and helpful.  She went out of her way to make sure that all the details were attended to from beginning to end.  Please make sure that a visit to Ino's is FIRST on your list when looking for that special dress for all of your fine occasions.  The amazing clothing and top-of-the-line service will make you so glad you stopped in!

I ordered my maid of honor dress through Ino's in January and it did not arrive until APRIL a WEEK before the wedding! Terrible at communicating, ordering, and/or completing anything in a timely manner. They even told me they would make the time to do any alterations it would need, but when I went in to get the dress fitted/altered, they told me they didn't have the time...seriously, a HUGE waste of my time, HUGE waste of money. Next time I need a fancy dress, I will go to a legitimate retailer instead of this outdated, poorly organized store. It seems nice, the ladies that work there are nice, but there is some serious work that needs to be done...and offering me 10% off at a different alterations place is NOT going to change my mind about this place. Alls well that ends well if you order your dress a year before you need it...
