I know that this is a rather generic store and especially helpful staff is not necessarily a top priority, but when I go into a store I expect to find employees to at least be polite and decent. On the floor most of the employees were nice and helpful, but at check out time it was a different story indeed. The women who checked me out was caustic, very rude and basically threw my bag at me after she checked me out. This lady should never have been hired to interact with customers. I can tell you I would never go back to this American Eagle to have things I bought, which help to pay her each month, thrown in my face.
