Exceptional staff that is there. I found out that they have a new management team that truly cares about the customer. Also, I didn't know that they had a Mattress department. I was thoroughly impressed by the man their I believe his name was Sherrel Brown. Highly Highly recommend this turn around their.

The store hours are absolutely horrible.   The mall is open from 10:00 to 9:00 Monday Through Saturday and Sears open 11 to 8.  We went to pick up appliances and had to return at a later time.  Only one register open with one person working for checking out items.  She was having people open up credit cards etc with 5 people in line.  I was in line 45 minutes for a return.   Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder Sears is going broke

No wonder Sears sold out to Stanley sears is the absolute worst hand tool warranty i have ever used you know the only thing Craftsman I owned was a  Max axess set and I take it in there cuz my ratchet is screwing up and you know what they tell me they tell me that they're going to have to order a ratchet and they want to keep my ratchet for five weeks they can't rebuild the ratchet and they can't give me a new one off the shelf either which I think is ridiculous long story short I ended up selling that set and going buying me a Kobalt set with a hassle-free lifetime guarantee I will never ever set foot inside a Sears store again let's not even get started on how Sears tools are like out the roof hella expensive
