It has went down hill in the last few months. Worst customer service. Back when the bearded manager or the kid from Hawaii worked there, we were always greeted, got to try on shoes, and bought lots of stuff. Now when we go in, there are 3 women working there and they don't even greet my wife and I. They'll greet the old ladies who come in after us. We looked at some shoes and pick some up, but can't get any service. I don't know what changed. This has happened 3 times already. We went across the isle and dropped a few hundred dollars at the Buckle instead of Journey's. They will not get my business. Bring back the bearded manager and the Hawaii kid who now works at American Eagle and pay them more. The company is now loosing service. I'm not the only one who thinks this way.

Very cool employees shoe selection is not the best but they have all the popular vans and converses and sperrys.
