To whom it may concern : American fine furnish is a joke! I purchase a server that was made in china!!! I didnt know till after the fact cuz i ask. After i received 4 different server out of the 4 there was something wrong till finally Johnny tells me he will give me a 50.00 discount. Lol!!! What a joke he should have give me more discount then that. To anyone whom goes there dont buy from that place or from johnny or Charlie they are NOT GOOD PEOPLE JUST OUT FOR THE MONEY!!! Not happy @ all!!! And i only put one start cuz i had to that store deserve NO STARS!!!

Walked in today and the employee's were arguing with a lady at the back of the store very loudly. Me and my fiance ignored them and walked around the store looking for a new couch / love seat. We found something we were interested in and took a few minutes to sit and try it out. The lady the employee's were arguing with left and they went about moving a table. We were still looking at the couch and I pulled out my phone to take a pic of the couch so we could compare it to another couch we seen the day before. The two employee's who were just arguing with the lady previously yelled at us across the floor that there was no pictures allowed and asked rudely if I did not see the signs scattered about regarding no pictures. I asked why they do not allow pictures of their items and they said because they do not. I then left the store and do not plan on returning. I found the employee's to be rude and their policies to be unreasonable and down right stubborn. I realize in this day and age stores are fighting to stay relevant up against online retailers like Amazon. Some companies feel people are using them as a amazon showroom (look at it in real life and then buy it from amazon) and instead of changing their business model to fit the future they are stubbornly trying to stick to the old ways. Well good luck with your 20th century business model American Fine Furnishings. p.s. Stopping people from taking pictures wont stop them from writing down the manufacturer and model of your stuff and finding it online for 1/2 the price.

The products are over priced, I got a mattress for $800 looked it up was priced $540 online or other stores, they have deals with maxim mattress so you can't find it near by. Once you do make the decision of buying something and make that down payment/purchase even if you haven't got the item it is 25% fee. Once mattress is out of regular plastic bag taped to it there are no returns or exchange at all. I am a very unsatisfied customer w daily back pain after purchasing a mattress from this store, and now I am stock with it. Thanks for my great experience and support from this amazing store with their money making ideas and not a care of customer satisfactory.
