By far the most unprofessional experience(s) ever. My appointment was scheduled by my physician's office, upon arrival I was told that they needed additional clinical information and would reach out my physician's office. In the meantime, they rescheduled the appoint for nearly a week later. Upon arrival to appointment, they said that they needed to get insurance autorization and I explained that had been done  because I'd received correspondence in the mail from my provider. I was then told that the cost for the imaging would be $527, so as I stand there in shock the office staff member stated that they call the day before to confirm payment, which was adamantly not the case, prior to either of my visits. I will ensure that my physician is made aware of this lack of professionalism, in hopes that he will refer his patients elsewhere.

A cost effective alternative to hospitals or specialized medical practices.  Insurance friendly. Best thing is the hours of availability. Late evening and weekend appointments available. My Dr. Had no problems with the images or diagnosis. Friendly staff too.

Arrived at 9a.m. for 9:30 appointment. A staff member was just arriving even though office opens at 8 a.m. So here I sit at 10 a.m. and still have not been seen. Why is my time not important? It isn't like a true doctor's office where a true emergency could pop up. However, the staff was nice.

I went to this Imaging company American Health Imaging  and had two images done on two separate days  back in August  2016.  I paid for both days.   Today I got a call from a outside collections agency for  bills I paid in full. I did my research and they received the checks but did not cash one of them. They sent my name to a outside collection agency for the amount of that check . American health imaging  are not answering the Phones so I have to go back to the office to explain in person. I am not  happy.
