My mother was not treated very well here and missed two very important appointments because transportation was not arranged. Trust your instincts if you do decide to look at this place as an option.

Apparently it's ok to tell the children of an elderly patient that it's there fault there mother is getting sick not theirs.  My mothers doctor abandoned her and the home health care agency neglected to call us until weeks later to let us know that they had not been able to get her orders from said doctor, now who's fault is it that she is now sick with a uti? and  the nerve of the Patient Care Coordinator (Joy)to say something like that to a family member is not only extremely disrespectful but also completely unprofessional.  We were informed by a medical director of another facility that their medical director could override and order something for a patient in the event of something like this, but we were told that is not true from Pruitt, so when I called to find out who the medical director was for Pruitt the people working there did not know who that was and finally went on to tell me that they didn't have one.  WOW THEY ARE NOT ONLY UNINFORMED BUT RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.  BEWARE!
