The doctor called American Health to make arrangements for a rollator walker with a seat and in less than 24 hours they called, verified my height, weight for proper assembly & offered delivery. We declined delivery and picked it up. The lady in the office there was extremely nice,stated insurance had taken care of the cost of the walker. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. Would recommend these folks for equipment needs.

If I could score less I would! I have called them several times regarding a simple receipt only to get the run around. "we will call you back" We don't handle billing" funny they handled accepting my money just fine! I had them check our insurances before any purchases and was lied to regarding both the amounts due and the amounts insurance would cover. so either they are incompetent or are only interested in getting the sale. either way I will be contacting their corporate office and will file a formal complaint both with them and ask my insurance company to drop services at this location.

This company sends me a letter stating that they've tried to call me but I got my phone records right here and nothing. So I do a little research and find out they're scamming my insurance for supplies I never got for my CPAP machine now they won't return my calls on me trying to return the CPAP and they are trying to trap me into having to pay for a CPAP machine I don't want and I'm trying to return but can't get this company to comply. Be weary when dealing with this company..

I had my surgery on a Tuesday and my pre-op on Monday. American Health Services was notified that I needed a wheel chair. I got a call from them that evening and was told that they were going to bring one out the following morning. I asked what my cost was after my insurance pays and they had to transfer me. I cannot believe they were going to bring something out to a patient without letting them know their cost first. Needless to say I had to wait till the following evening to get my chair because they were supposed to bring it out the next morning and didn't. I had another doctors appointment and had told them the situation and it's like they didn't listen to a thing I said. I ended up calling them back since it hadn't arrived that following morning and they said they were waiting on me to call them. I couldn't believe what poor customer service! How is someone that has just had surgery and is in and out of it supposed to remember to call anyone for that matter! I spoke with a guy named John and asked to speak with a manager and he said he was the manager. This is not at all true if you look them up on the internet David Ritchey is the manager.
