These people put on a nice front on your first visit but then you'll come to know them as blatant Liars. On my first visit I was informed that I would have a call from a specialist within 1 to 2 business days. A week goes by and no call from a specialist so I decided to go down to the office. Once there I was told by the lady at the front desk that she was working on my referral right then and a specialist will be calling me the next day. Next day comes no call. So I decided to call the office instead of going then because at this point I'm pretty upset and I've been in pain for almost 8 months now. Called and was informed at their office the referrals take up to one and a half to two weeks. If you want your issue resolved in a timely manner best bet is getting on Google and finding your own specialist instead of coming here or find another primary care physician

Doctor and teams took care my coughing problem and medication within excellent mind.Thank you.
Also,Billing questions assisted within honest and truth mind.Thank you.

Wouldn't return calls. Or help withbyour prior authorization. Lied about sending things into medicaid and Rite Aide.

If I could give 0 I would. Disorganized and highly unprofessional. While in the waiting room, I heard the front desk staff LOUDLY pass lab results over the phone. No concept of HIPAA. When checking in with spouse for a booster,  nurse and cnas jokingly said 'I'll give him a shot alright'. When returning calls, its a mess to get the right person (multiple hangups and mistransfers). Again....highly unprofessional.

The Staff here is Fantastic!They usually get you in and out pretty quickly.They're Super Friendly!
